I really like your suggestion of writing down weekly as well as annual goals. I can see how this will help me achieve things that may seem somewhat distant to me now, but achievable if I just take "one bite out of the elephant at a time." The other part is to practice the 3 foot rule: Tell everyone who comes within 3 feet of you what you want to create in your future and the help you are lookng for from the universe. Only by putting it out into the universe with clarity can it set up the beacon to attract what you need. I'm sure you will make it happen.
